'Tis that time of year, when - if you stand very still and listen very carefully - you may just hear a gentle snoring coming from the last heap of autumn leaves.  Beneath the crimson and russet blanket, Hazelle is curled up - snug as a bug, you might even say - with a belly full of berries and memories of busy winter dreams.

Stitched in cotton cloth dyed with bark from my own patch of woodland, Hazelle measures 5" (12cm) from her bottom to the tips of her ears.
