One day, Mathorno (the h is silent) will inherit the kingdom of Samradia - but since faeries are notoriously long-lived, his father is not expected to cede the crown for another handful of centuries at least.  In the meantime, our prince finds many ways to amuse himself albeit often to the chagrin of humankind.  Not to mention his fellow fae. Have you ever opened your backpack to find an irate badger?  Or taken a bite of Victoria sponge to find it filled with garlic buttercream?  Undoubtedly the work of Mathorno, bored on a damp Tuesday afternoon.

Luckily for us, this evening will see him entirely swept away by the thrills & spills of the Winter Ball.  He has donned his best ivory silk coat, gold-striped waistcoat, black lace cravat & lace-topped velvet boots.  He even had his valet give his antlers a coat of scented beeswax for the occasion.

19"(48cm) from antler-tip to toe, Mathorno is entirely handstitched using recycled fabrics & filled with merino wool (technically industrial waste from a mill, but actually the finest stuffing you could desire).
